We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging, where applicable.

  • Include a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where and how to send your package. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at care.valentionohub@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the item and the issue so that we can review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale or clearance items, where stated at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges

We currently recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you would like instead.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process the applicable refund according to this policy.

6. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a customer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and any legal exceptions.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received, including being unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

This section does not limit any other consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

8. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
